$300.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum
Overtime begins after 6 hours in the amount of $600.00 per hour
Client must provide all equipment per DJ's technical rider.
Equipment generally consists of two Technic 1200 turntables or Pioneer 900+ CDJs, mixer (Pioneer 900SRT, Rane 62, or Pioneer S9), Serato SL2/3 box for backup, booth monitor, laptop stand, microphone.
In some cases, DJ may be able to provide her own controller at an additional $100 fee.
For venues surrounding Los Angeles County i.e. San Diego, Santa Barbara, or Palm Springs, the travel fee for drive time is $50.00 per hour.
For venues in San Francisco, Northern California or Northern Nevada, the travel fee is $100.00 flat and the client is responsible for all flight costs and travel arrangements.
For venues in Texas or east of Texas, the travel fee is $500.00 flat and the client is responsible for all flight costs and travel arrangements.
Hotel accomodations must be provided for any jobs outside Los Angeles County.
For work in San Francisco or outside California, client must arrange for a driver or reimbursement of all ground transportation costs with receipts.
Per diem is $100.00 per day for any jobs outside of Los Angeles County.
Contract must be signed to secure job date(s).
Payment is due within 15 days from the final invoice date.
Table/linen or DJ booth measuring 5-6 feet wide and no less than 3 feet in height
Umbrella or overhead shelter with UV protection for outdoor daytime setups
Fans or air cooling for any jobs with temperatures that exceed 90 degrees
Heat lamp for evening events with temperatures reaching below 65 degrees
Parking validation or reimbursement at both venue and airport
Baggage cost reimbursement
