Ohla

OHLA is an LA-based DJ with Ohio roots whose appreciation for all genres motivates her to perform an eclectic set at every event. As an initially self-taught open-format DJ, OHLA moved to LA over ten years ago to pursue her musical passion and later enrolled in Scratch DJ Academy to hone her skills. She thrives on great transitions in her mixes, piecing together and drawing inspiration from genres like top 40, r&b, neo-soul, hip hop, soul funk, throwbacks, disco, reggae, Afrobeat, house, dance, and Latin.

OHLA has since manifested a successful career, spinning for crowds at corporate and premiere events. OHLA’s notable and recent performances include the BET “Twenties” Season 2 x Black Canvas Experience event, OWN’s Black Love Summit, Bud Light Super Bowl Music Fest After Party, Coca Cola x MLS Beats, Amazon Transparent Premiere, Aids Healthcare Foundation, Shopify, and Klaviyo, just to name a few.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, OHLA uses her platform to advocate for and support LGBTQ+ causes, venues, brands, and corporate clients.

When she’s not spinning, OHLA holds down a career in the tech industry, enjoys traveling the world, and going to concerts.
